UAE Patent Registration

The United Arab Emirates provides a robust, internationally aligned patent system for inventors, businesses, and research institutions. A granted UAE patent confers the exclusive right to manufacture, use, import, or sell a patented invention within the UAE for up to 20 years — a powerful competitive advantage in one of the world's most commercially dynamic markets.
